As CEO of Gallery Homes, Bob Fitzsimmons oversees the homebuilding process while establishing strategic direction and goals, including land acquisition and product development. His experience spans 30 years in the construction industry and he has been a state-certified contractor since 1980. His many accomplishments include serving as Vice President for a national homebuilder and twice-voted 'Builder of the Year' by the Volusia Homebuilders Association. Bob also served a term as the Homebuilders Association's president and was on the county's Affordable Housing Task Force which helped set up the local addition of Florida's SHIP program. Mike DeAngelo, President of Gallery Homes, has 25 years experience in the construction industry and has been a state-certified contractor since 1987. He has served as production manager for a national homebuilder before he joined Masterpiece Homes in 1996.
At Gallery Homes, Mike is responsible for production activities which includes selecting and supervising all superintendents, subcontractors and material suppliers. Mike also oversees estimating and purchasing functions, quality control, and the customer option/upgrade department.
Geri Davis, GRI, CSP, Vice President, has over 30 years experience in new home sales and marketing. A Graduate of the Realtors Institute, (GRI) and a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), she has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent since 1984 and became a licensed Broker in 1986. An active member of the West Volusia Board of Realtors and the Volusia Home Builders Associations' Sales and Marketing Council, Geri joined Bob Fitzsimmons at Masterpiece Homes in 1996. At Gallery Homes, Geri participates in establishing strategic direction and goals while directing sales, advertising and marketing activities for the company. She also heads broker outreach programs and sets up the company's sales offices.
