DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Stirling Sotheby's International Realty has named a husband and wife team - Alicia Delgado Abbott and Terrance Abbott, Sales Executives - at the firm's Daytona/Ormond Real Estate Gallery. Joyce Marsh, Stirling Sotheby's Managing Director for the Volusia/Flagler area, said the Abbotts have a combined 49 years of real estate experience. Alicia was formerly the owner-operator of her own real estate brokerage in Puerto Rico and received numerous Realtor of the Year awards there. She specializes in the new home market.
"Many first time homebuyers, especially bilingual ones look to Alicia to guide them through the unknown and she makes it a pleasant experience all the way," Marsh said. Terry Abbott's background has been varied having held positions in manufacturing, accounting, publishing and sales, but the majority of his career is more concentrated in commercial real estate development and sales.
He's been involved in warehouse, office, and retail center development and sales and more recently in the assemblage of mixed-use properties for investor portfolios. "Terry is known for locating the right property for the right buyer," Marsh explained.
