DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Stirling Sotheby's International Realty has named Mindy Leishman sales associate at its Daytona Beach Real Estate Gallery. Joyce Marsh, managing director for Stirling Sotheby's in Daytona, said Leishman is an award-winning sales professional with more than 10 years of experience specializing in sales of waterfront, gated and resort communities and beachside homes in the Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Crescent Beach and Ormond Beach areas.
Prior to joining Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, Leishman was a top producer with another internationally affiliated real estate firm in the Voluisa-Flagler area. She received numerous sales awards year after year and consistently ranks in the top three percent of sales associates nationwide for net commissions - over $300,000 in 2005.
"Mindy is a master marketer with a commanding knowledge of the Flagler and East Volusia market," said Marsh. "We expect her to play a key role in our continued growth." Leishman, who holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Ashland University in Ohio, has also earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations.
