Dave Brewer, Inc., which builds luxury homes priced at $1 million or more, is finding new luxury homebuyers among some of its oldest customers. "Now that their children have grown and moved away, some families who built luxury homes with us five and ten years ago are now looking for smaller, smarter homes," said Matt Trask, business director for Dave Brewer, Inc. Within the past five months four families who built their first dream home with Dave Brewer have commissioned the custom builder again for smaller homes that will total more than $7 million in new business, Trask said. All four of the smaller, smarter luxury homes are being built in the Longwood-Lake Mary area.
