Harbor Vista has started construction of a fishing dock with 44 boat slips on Lake Harris in Leesburg. Dean Price, a principal at Global Realty the marketing arm of Winter Park developer Atlantic Housing Partners, LLC, said the boat slips, on one of the largest lakes in Lake County and one of the most popular locations for professional fishing tournaments in the southeast, will add tremendous value to Harbor Vista. Each of the slips will accommodate boats up to 25 feet in length, Price said. Slips will be individually assigned to Harbor Vista owners at the time of unit purchase. Each slip will be covered and lighted, and owners may install a boat cradle if they wish. Price said the boat docks will be completed by mid-October.
