Mercedes Homes has started sales of 98 new three, four, and five bedroom single family homes priced from the$200s at Tusca Place, located on Celery Ave. Off Hwy 46 in Sanford. Tim Durkin, president of Mercedes Homes in Volusia County, said Mercedes has started construction of two model homes at Tusca Place. Altogether, Mercedes plans to build 98 new Mediterranean-style single family homes at Tusca Place with conservation area, sidewalks, streetlights, and a children's playground.
