Park Square Homes has started presales on the next release of three and four bedroom townhomes priced from the low $200s at Prairie Lake Townhomes, located off Clarke and A.D. Mims Rds. in Ocoee. Jody Proudfit, marketing director at Park Square Homes, said 20 to 160 townhomes have already pre-sold in the first release at Prairie Lake. Park Square Homes will start construction of a community clubhouse and other amenities this summer.
