Ashton Woods Homes has started construction of a new model town home at Wickham Park, located off Overstreet Rd. in the Windermere area. John Reny, president of Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said Ashton Woods Homes is building 56 cottage homes and 245 town homes at Wickham Park. Town homes at Wickham Park are priced from the mid-$200s, Reny said. Cottage homes are priced from the high $200s.
