Morrison Homes recently opened three model town homes at Tuscany Place, located on Millennia Blvd. near the Mall at Millennia in Southwest Orlando. Kyle Marik, marketing manager for Morrison Homes in the Orlando region, said all three model homes are professionally decorated three bedroom floor plans that range in size from 1,400 square feet of living space to 1,700 square feet. Morrison Homes plans to build 174 town homes at Tuscany Place priced from the mid-$200s.
