Mercedes Homes has started construction of two single-family model homes priced from the $190s at Lake Smart Estates, located off Lucerne Park Rd. (SR 544) in Winter Haven. Both model homes will open before November 1, said Cristina QUintana, president of Mercedes Homes' Orlando Division. The homes at Lake Smart Estates range in size from 1,532 to 2,649 square feet of living space. Mercedes Homes is building 129 new single-family homes at Lake Smart.
