Mercedes Homes has started development to accommodate 66 two and three-bedroom town homes priced from the $200s at Waters of Paradise, located on John Young Parkway, 11?2 miles south of Pleasant Hills Rd. in Kissimmee. Cristina Quintana, president of Mercedes Homes in the Orlando region, said Mercedes Homes will start presales and construction of model town homes at Waters of Paradise in the fall.
